Electronic document management system integrated with SMDO "DocFlow" 

EDMS "DocFlow" performs the following functions:

Full name of the system – Electronic document management system integrated with SMDO "DocFlow" (hereinafter – EDMS "DocFlow"). EDMS "DocFlow" is designed to maintain electronic document management of the organization, including using the interdepartmental electronic document management of state bodies of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter – SMDO).

Main function:

Within the framework of the EDMS «DocFlow», have been developed logs of incoming and outgoing documents of the organization. Registration of documents in these logs is carried out by entering information in the registration and control cards (hereinafter referred to as RCC) and attaching files. The user can sign the attached files with the GosSUOK electronic digital signature. The user can send registered outgoing documents to the SMDO. When new documents are received from the SMDO, the user can view them, register them and respond to them. A user with administrator rights can manage users - change their access rights, add new users, change their activity.
